The 4-Part Heart Reconnection Ritual

Best time to do it: Sunday afternoon or anytime you feel emotionally scattered.

Purpose: To call your energy back, soften your heart, and create a safe space within.

What You’ll Need:

• A comfy blanket or shawl
• A cup of warm herbal tea (any kind you love)
• A small bowl or trinket to represent your heart
• Essential oil or lotion

Steps:

1. Wrap Yourself Up
   Sit or lie down with the blanket around your shoulders. Sip your tea slowly. With every sip, imagine warmth reaching your heart.
2. Anoint Your Heart
   Place a bit of oil or lotion on your fingertips and massage your chest in circles. Whisper:
   “I honor my heart. I give it space to feel safe again.”
3. Call Your Energy Back
   Close your eyes and say:
   • “I call my joy back to me.”
   • “I call my power back to me.”
   • “I call my softness back to me.”
   • “I call my love back to me.”
     Repeat each 3x like a mantra.
4. Hold the Heart Object
   Hold your heart bowl or item in your hands and speak:
   “This is my sacred center. I protect it with love. I return to it often.”
