Each Naturally DiVin product is handcrafted with love and intention. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Shipping:
All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your selection at checkout. Once your order is packed and labeled, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text. Shipping times vary based on your location.
Local Pick-Up:
Available in Tempe, AZ. You’ll be notified via email or text when your order is ready for pick-up. Please bring your confirmation number and ID.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order (missing items, damage in transit, etc.), please email us within 5 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations:

Course kits are packaged with care and include all printed guides, ritual tools, and specialty items. Due to the nature of bundled education materials, no returns or exchanges are offered. If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 5 days and we’ll resolve it quickly.

All ritual and gift sets are final sale. Because each one is energetically customized, we don’t accept returns. If you experience an issue (broken candle, missing item, etc.), email us at [your email] with your order number and photo proof within 5 days.
