Herbal Blend:

• Lemongrass (clarity & digestion)
• Ginger root (circulation, energy)
• Turmeric (anti-inflammatory & solar plexus activation)
• Orange peel (uplifting mood)
• Licorice root (adrenal support & sweetness)

Instructions:
Steep 1 tbsp per 8 oz of hot water for 10 minutes, covered. Sip warm. Add a drop of lemon or raw honey if desired.
